At our Home Sweet Home presentation, it is our goal to help protect property for vulnerable homeowners. Oftentimes homes become damaged by storms or are unlivable and need repairs. If the home is in the name of a deceased family member, that property will need to go through probate. We will discuss how the probate process can fix a home or land title problem and describe how a proper will and deed can best save property ownership. We hope you will join us!
